Contrary to previous versions, this new product for Shimano motors also connects to the motor's E-Tube Port. Therefore, it is necessary that the motor of the bicycle in which you want to install the new version of SpeedBox for Shimano, has a free E-Tube Port. It is not possible to install SpeedBox products for Shimano without a free E-Tube Port on the motor.
E-bikes that have, for example, a Di2 electronic shifter or a power button integrated into the bike's top tube: Satellite System On/Off Switch (EW-SW100, EW-SW300) generally do not have an E-Tube Port free.
This tuning chip is also very easy to control, via the mobile app or by turning the lights on/off. When the lights are off, you can ride at unlimited speed. Simply turn off the tuning function by activating the lights. New in this version is the possibility to activate the double-click function in the application. By activating this function, the lights become independent of the tuning. Double-clicking the LIGHT button will cause the lights to flash and the tuning to turn on. By double-clicking again, the tuning is turned off and the electric bike works the same as without a chip.

The SpeedBox App, specifically designed for SpeedBox 1.3 B.Tuning, uses Bluetooth technology to connect the electric bike to your mobile phone. After downloading the APP and connecting the mobile phone to the electric bike, you can view the current data and travel parameters on the phone screen. You can save individual rides, compare with friends, and view your own performances. You can fully enjoy the ride and leave the parameter control for later.

At the same time, you make sure that the app is fully functional on your mobile phone. To connect to the SpeedBox 1.3 B.Tuning chip, the phone must be equipped with Bluetooth version 4.0 or higher.
We use original connectors for the production of SpeedBox chips, so the installation of the chip will be really easy and the connection will be correct. We have written the detailed instructions and made the videos that will allow each customer to install SpeedBox on their own. Removing the tuning chip is as easy as mounting it.
