The SPEEDBOX 3.2 Delimiter for BAFANG (M410, M500) is an intelligent third generation product that allows you to adjust the speed limit of your electric bicycle. With this tuning product, you can arbitrarily configure the electric speed limiters.
Once SpeedBox 3.2 is installed, you will be able to consult real values such as the maximum speed, average speed, daily mileage and range of your electric bicycle. Activation of the SpeedBox can be done through the mobile application or directly on the screen of your electric bicycle.
To activate it, simply press the LIGHT or + - + - button on the screen of your electric bike. The display will briefly show 99 km/h (62 mph) and from that moment on, you will no longer be limited in your speed. To deactivate tuning, simply press the LIGHT or + - + - button again. The display will show 25 km/h (16 mph) and the 25 km/h speed limit will be activated again, making your e-bike operate as before installing the SpeedBox.
The SpeedBox 3.2 is compatible with Bafang Max Drive M410 and Bafang Max Drive M500 motors, and is incompatible with displays with UART connectors and protocol, as well as Bafang Max Drive M300, M400 and M420 motors. To set the maximum speed, simply change the modes three levels down and then three levels up, and the current speed limit will be displayed. To change the maximum speed, simply briefly press the LIGHT button or turn the wheel 360°. The last displayed limit is automatically saved after five seconds of inactivity.
Mounting the SpeedBox on your electric bicycle is very simple, as it uses a system of colored connectors that come with a wrench for proper connection.
